Therapy focuses on healing, emotional insight, and working through mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Rebuilding after betrayal
Conflict about parenting, aging, or purpose
Contemplating separation or reconnection
My goal is to create a space for clarity, honesty, and mutual growth, not to fix one partner or force an outcome.
