Frequently Asked Question (FAQs)

  • Yes. I am currently accepting new clients for both therapy and coaching. I offer telehealth sessions for clients in Kentucky and New York, and in-person sessions in Kentucky. I also plan to offer in-person sessions in New York in the near future.

  • Therapy through this practice is private-pay only and is not billed to insurance. Upon request, I can provide a statement of services you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coaching services are not covered by insurance.

  • Therapy focuses on healing, building emotional insight, and addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Therapy services are provided only under my professional licenses (LCSW and LMFT in Kentucky, LMFT in New York). Coaching is more future-oriented and goal-directed, designed for clients who are not seeking mental health treatment but who want to grow in areas like career, lifestyle, or relationships. Coaching is not a licensed mental health service, and it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.

  • Systemic Regulation Therapy (SRT) is a therapeutic model I developed that integrates nervous system regulation, relational safety, and systemic awareness. It helps clients build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting internal change. SRT informs much of my work with both individuals and couples, supporting a shift from simply understanding problems to experiencing real, embodied transformation.

  • I work with couples at all stages, from those newly partnered to those in decades-long relationships. Couples often come to me when they feel emotionally disconnected, are working to rebuild after a betrayal, or are in conflict about parenting, aging, or life direction. Others seek support when contemplating separation, reconciliation, or simply wanting to deepen their connection.

My role is not to fix one partner or prescribe an outcome, but to create a space for clarity, honesty, and mutual growth.

  • Yes. I welcome people from many walks of life, in many kinds of relationships and identities. What matters most is your willingness to show up openly and engage in the work that supports growth, clarity, and connection.

  • You can reach out through my contact form. We’ll begin with a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and if so, we’ll schedule your first session. From there, we’ll create a path forward together.

  • Fees vary depending on the type of service and location. I offer private-pay sessions for individuals and couples in both Kentucky and New York. Session rates reflect professional experience, session length, and the specific nature of the work.

A Good Faith Estimate is available and provided to all self-pay clients in compliance with the No Surprises Act.
