More than 40 Years Helping People Navigate Conflict, Relationships, and Life's Most Difficult Decisions
My Approach
Every relationship develops patterns of communicating, reacting, and protecting itself. Over time, those patterns can leave partners feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck. My role is not to decide who is right or wrong. Instead, I help both partners better understand themselves, each other, and the relationship patterns that are preventing the connection they want. Together, we work toward greater understanding, healthier communication, and meaningful change that extends beyond our therapy sessions.
Services
-
For couples, I offer a space to see one another clearly, not as the roles you have performed, but as the people you are and could become.
-
For individuals, I offer support in shedding what no longer fits, including stories and expectations that may have never been yours to carry.
-
Available across the U.S. and internationally, coaching is a goal-oriented, forward-looking process for clients who are not seeking psychotherapy.
-
When your relationship is stuck—circling the same arguments, avoiding difficult truths, or struggling to feel close—sometimes an hour a week isn’t enough. A couples intensive gives you focused time to address the root of what’s happening between you, with space to move toward repair, insight, and connection.
