When Your Relationship Feels Stuck

Couples often come to therapy after trying for a long time to work things out on their own. Some are having the same argument over and over. Others have stopped talking, feel more like roommates than partners, or no longer know how to reach one another.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a place to slow down, better understand what is happening between you, and begin finding a thoughtful way forward.

Is this where you are?

Conflict

We keep having the same arguments.

Distance

We love each other but don't feel connected.

Trust

Something happened and we don't know how to move forward.

Communication

We don't know how to talk anymore.

Life Changes

Retirement, illness, parenting, caregiving, or major transitions have changed our relationship.

Uncertainty

We aren't sure whether we should stay together.

How I Help Couples

My role is not to decide who is right or wrong. I help both partners better understand themselves, each other, and the relationship patterns that have left them feeling stuck.

Together we slow those patterns down so difficult conversations become more productive, trust can begin to rebuild, and new ways of relating become possible.
